Give us instruction on how to convert our equiptment and settings to home sever CCV or Cloud or Hub

I have slowly invested thousands of dollars and have dedicated hundreds of man hours building my Iris smart home system. I have 13 Iris cameras, 20 contact sensors, a water sensor on my sump pump, an Iris dimmer switch , garage door controller , door hinges, outdoor pool pump switch, 3 power outlet switches along with a Sensi Thermistat, and a samsung power bit vacuum all hooked up to Google Home and IFTTT..... My 2.4 wifi went out and I unlinked then attempted to relink my google home and the icon was not available. You dumped Google Home prior to March 31 2019, All the advertisement and instructional videos online about how to setup new products but no mention on topics about how the loyal paying customers can convert existing equiptment to a home CCV server or a cloud or a different companys Hub.... only thing I've found is some of the equiptment will work on smart things but nothing about what to do with my 13 cameras.... Even if you did help us by giving us better information and viable options you had to have known two months was not enough time to convert all of this equiptment. My family is less safe because of this.... I have promoted this product to friends and family and am extremely upset. I don't know what happend but dumping on Us like this is potentially a Corporate blunder that Lowes customers and share holders will never forget. I am a firefighter and away from my family for 48 hours in a row.... Iris by Lowes has put my family in potential harm. Terribly upset and disappointed. BackstepMedic@gmail.com

I understand you are upset about this so I am and many other users are too but Iris could have just dumped the system and not given us the cards. They have said smart things is the go-to system there are also many other sites to help you http://arcussmarthome.com/ and http://forum.livingwithiris.com . There is also a site for the cameras http://spectral.smarthomeportal.net
