I was given a free year subscription for purchasing Iris last year. It is up I believe at the end of February. It seems like I can’t get in touch with Iris to cancel the last month or even look at my account. Is there some way to get in touch with support about this?
The email said they were not charging anyone for premium service after Jan 31 so no need to contact them. They are either going to shut it down on your expiration date or they will probably just shut everyone down on March 31
