We have recently made some updates to our web portal at https://home.irisbylowes.com, which now includes the Alarm card and features Alarm Tracker, in the event of an emergency.

Just logged into the web portal and checked out the changes! Love that I can now manage my alarm features right through a web browser as well as the app. Appreciate the continual updates and keeping us in the loop!
Does this mean that if I sign up for pro monitoring, and for whatever reason do not have a phone/android device with me when an alarm goes off, that I can disable and respond to any inquiries from the professional monitoring just by accessing the website...or is a phone still essentially required to be available at all times to respond to monitoring/alarms?
The Iris web portal can be used to cancel or verify and monitor the progress of an alarm. Our monitoring station will still call your phone, and any contacts you add to the call tree to verify security and smoke alarms, but for your safety (as in the app) carbon monoxide and panic alarms are dispatched immediately before calling.
I've been wishing for this feature for some time. However, I can't really test drive it yet because I have registered two hubs, and it only lets me view the one that has no devices attached; no way to switch hubs.
This is possible! When in the web portal, click on the door icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. From here you should be able to 'Choose A Place'.

It seems like the web portal is coming along so slow. When will it be fully operational? Alarming my system from my computer would not be a top priority since it can be done on a keypad or key fob but camera viewing would be very useful.
