Hubitat Announces Support for Iris by Lowe's Version 1 Zigbee Devices

Yep...  Most of your V1 devices will now work on Hubitat!

This has been in development for a couple weeks and in beta for about a week.  They work great!

This is awesome.

The wife told me to throw them away but, as usual, I didn't listen to her!

I got one of the v1 outlets to work but had an issue with the motion sensor. I'm sure it was just something I was doing wrong. It was late and I was tired. I'll try again tonight.

Is this a systronics killer?

Seems like now I am pretty much back to where I was with iris but with added capabilities that hubitat provides.

I don't know if I would label it as a Systronics killer, but its certainly going to siphon off some of their potential early adopters.

I have never seen nor uses the SysRF solution so I cannot speak from experience, however if they can deliver features, device support, or somehow position themselves in the proper place amonst their competiton, they'll do fine.

Especially if they can provide a simpler interface.

Primary Platform: iOS phone @ latest version
Secondary Platform: Android 6.0 tablet
